Export Compliance & Documentation

 The APEDA RCMC certifies that PANEX TRADERS is a registered exporter of agricultural products under the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Government of India. This registration enables us to export rice and other agricultural commodities while complying with export standards, quality norms, and traceability requirements. It also allows access to export promotion schemes and market development initiatives 

 Our operations are supported by a valid FSSAI Central License issued under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. This license confirms that our food export activities comply with national food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control practices. It ensures buyers that all food products are handled and exported under regulated safety guidelines. 

 The Phytosanitary Certificate is issued by the Plant Quarantine Authority of India and certifies that the agricultural products are free from pests and diseases. This certificate is mandatory for many importing countries and confirms that the shipment meets international plant health standards. 

 Fumigation certification verifies that the cargo has been treated to eliminate insects and contaminants during transit. It is issued by authorized fumigation agencies and is often required by customs authorities to ensure safe and pest-free delivery. 

 The Certificate of Origin confirms that the goods exported originate from India. It is issued by authorized Chambers of Commerce and is essential for customs clearance, trade agreements, and tariff benefits in many importing countries. 

Depending on buyer requirements and destination country regulations, PANEX TRADERS can arrange additional documentation such as:
